Read below for answers to your most common questions.

  • What is NOT included in the price?

    1. Flights to and from Mexico (Puerto Vallarta International Airport (PVR).
    2. Transport to and from the retreat center on a different day than November 29 and/or December 6, 2025, or to a location other than the PVR airport.
    3. Tips and gratuities.
    4. Excursions.
    5. Any meals outside the retreat centre.

  • What happens if I need to cancel?

    The cancellation policy is based on the policies of the retreat center:


    *The deposit is non-refundable.


    Payment Schedule:

    1. September 1st, 2025: The remaining balance payment is due.

    Cancellation Policy:

    1. Ninety (90) days or more before the start of the retreat: full refund minus the deposit.
    2. Within 90 days of the start of the retreat: no refund.

  • Should I get travel insurance?

    It is highly recommended that you get travel insurance in case you need to cancel your trip. 


    We have no choice but to follow the retreat center's cancellation policy; therefore, it is best to have insurance in case you need to cancel. 

  • I would like shared accommodation, but I will be travelling alone. How does that work?

    I will do my best to match you with someone travelling alone who wishes to share accommodations. 


    However, if that is not possible, you may need to be in a single-occupancy room, which would change the rate of your accommodations.  


    Please add a note in the comments section of the web form, and I'll do my best to match you with another attendee.  

  • Is the yoga retreat the right level for me?

    Contrary to popular belief, Ashtanga-inspired Flow Yoga is for all levels! Let me show you how, even if you have never practiced this style of yoga before - it will be an enriching experience for you, I have no doubt.
